TACLOBAN CITY – The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office 08 spearheads in the Reorientation on the Guidelines for Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBME) of LGU Infrastructure Projects (RLIP) via zoom online platform on August 4-5, 2022.

A total number of 126 participants took part in the said RLIP reorientation from the Regional and Field Offices, as well as from the Municipal Local Government Units of Eastern Visayas, which aimed to orient everyone on the RLIP guidelines, to determine its implementation process, to determine the timelines and requirements for the form submission, encoding and validation, to understand the RPMES Forms and logical framework, and lastly, to know the enrollment and encoding of LGU infrastructure projects in the SubayBAYAN portal.

The RLIP Program is based on an RBME-based performance measurement and monitoring system for LGU infrastructure development and management, wherein the said program enhances tracking of results for LGU-funded initiatives on infrastructure to foster growth in transparency and accountability at all levels.
