A total number of 162 participants from the Regional and Field Offices participated in the said FWA discussion, which aimed to orient all DILG Region 8 Personnel on Circular No. 2022-021 Re: Guidelines for Flexible Work Arrangements at the DILG Central and Regional Offices, to discuss the options the DILG can choose from one of the FWA, and to conduct a consultation with the DILG Region 8 Officials and employees from the Regional and Field Offices on the FWA implementation.

The Personnel Section, headed by Christy Anne C. Amboy, the Administrative Officer V, spearheaded in the discussion, which highlighted the two options of the FWA. The first option was a 4-day (compressed) work week, while the second option was 4 days onsite with 1 day work-from-home in a week.
