DILG LGRRC 8 joined a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding together with DILG LGRRCs 6 and 7 right after the conduct of the NEO Orientation Course on July 28, 2022 at the Paradise Garden Resort Hotel and Convention Center, Boracay Island.
This collaboration will be recognized as the “Visayas Network of Local Governance Resource Centers (Visayas Network of LGRCs or VINE).”
RD Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr. represented DILG R8, RD Juan Jovian E. Ingeniero represented R6, and RD Leocadio T. Trovela represented R7. Assistant Director Esmeralda Daphne N. Purnell from the Local Government Academy witnessed this milestone together with other DILG officials from the three regions.
