Congratulations to the DILG Ormoc City hailed as 3rd Place among the Component/Independent Component Cities with the highest number of Safety Seals issued to registered establishments within the city during the Recognition of the Best Performing Local Government Units and DILG Field Offices (Safety Seal Certification Program, VaxCertPH program, and National Vaccination Day).

The awarding ceremony was conducted last March 22, 2022 at the Main Mall Atrium, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City. DILG R8 Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober and Ormoc City CLGOO Jean Redi T. Briones received the award from DILG Sec. Eduardo M. Año assisted by DICT Sec. Emmanuel Caintic. Also in attendance were DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya, DTI Undersecretary Ireneo Vizmonte, and National Task Force Against Covid-19 Deputy Chief Implementer Secretary Vivencio Dizon.
